Student Teaching Reflections and What I'm Loving!

~Happy Wednesday!~
Today I am linking up with The Polished Teacher for a fun linky party reflecting on my Student Teaching experience:
How was your student teaching experience?
Link up your memories and tips with Ash

I am ALSO linking up with...
This week I am loving...
Have you seen this website? I have printed literally almost EVERYTHING.
And the best part: they are all FREE!
Go there now - but make sure you have plenty of ink first :)
2. Sticky Notes
This unit provides you with all you need to successfully manage the use of sticky notes to assess your students' thinking.
I have been bit by the Sticky Note bug!
I can't wait to implement them with my kiddos this year.
3. Magnetic Borders:
I have two HUGE white boards in my new classroom and am seriously considering buying a magnetic border. Anyone use one before? Like it? Love it? Not worth it?
4. My Classroom Closet:
I am coming from a classroom with NO closet.
This is making me drool.
5. The Pool!
Photo: Has the pool to herself this afternoon :) #seattlelife #summerlovin
My new apartment complex has a beautiful pool - I am trying to maximize my joy this summer by visiting the pool to read, suntan, and swim a little bit each day :)

Well I'm off for my first fun-filled work day in my classroom!
Start planning your Tricks of the Trade post for tomorrow!!!
This week's topic is...
What types of incentives do you use to motivate your students?
